Only about 70 km of coastline on the North Sea, but it is beautiful and enjoyed to the fullest at every pleasant-weathered opportunity. I know that not a lot of people have a wealth of knowledge about Belgium. That isn’t a problem for me; it actually makes it more fun to write about Belgium because it is still an undiscovered and mysterious place for many. Let’s start with geography for this post; take a look at the Google map of Belgium below and familiarize yourself a bit with the geography and the tiny but noteworthy coastline. Normally when I try to explain anything about Belgium, the first necessary bit of information is to remind people where it is.
